Simply mix the ingredients together in a pan and let it simmer. This is the recipe for a couple of servings, but many dieters may wish to double this recipe in order to eat their fill. This soup is rich and filling, and it is also easier enough to pack up in a container to take to work or school.

Make it a healthy diet plan for weight loss, go ahead and add fresh green salads and fresh fruit to the soup. With a simple breakfast of eggs, turkey bacon, and fruit, the soup can be the main course of lunch and dinner. It is easy enough to doctor the soup up with a bit of cheese and other veggies to provide plenty of nutrients and variety.

By concentrating on good nutrient-rich sources of protein, like beans, broth, and lean animal protein, dieters may finally find they have found the key to quick weight loss. Again, it is probably best to stick to diets for quick weight loss for several days to a couple of weeks.

  1. For me ,weight loss is extremely hard, shedding those extra pounds is too difficult. I tried to eat weight loss pills, but i am afraid they have bad effect on healthy. I see many programs on the market, but i don't know how to choose. Is this program really working? thanks.

    1. Well , i don't think pill is a good choice for you as you have already know pills of side effect. I don't think you make the right way to lose weight, you can read more methods or related information on my blog.
